Expanding Windows files stuck at 0%

I just recently build this computer and when I ran the windows set up it's always been stuck on Expanding Windows files 0%. It's been like this for an hour already. Here are my specs.

Gigabyte ga-z77x-ud3h
Gigabyte GTX 660
Intel i5 3470
Corsair Vengeance 8gb kit
Corsair 600w powersupply
Seagate Barracuda 1 tb
Lite on IHAS124-04

ISO, I lost the disk a long time ago. This is on a newly built PC that had no OS before.

I think the ISO is corrupted burn another one at 4x.

Do I need to check verify in Imgburn?

I would and burn it at 4x.Let it verify to make sure the contents are valid.

I previously used Nero so I may have made it only write the image.

Imgburn at 4x is the best for ISO.

Ok, I bought a copy of windows 7 and its started expanding windows files.

could be a lot of things, but first thing first is to make sure DVD drive is not giving out and your win7 installation disc free from physical defect and file corruption, if all good then just let it run and wait. In my case, I was stuck at 0% for about half an hour, then it started to progress at normal speed.
