So basically when I was using AMDs older drivers I did expect a small ammount of coilwhine. Just now, I updated the drivers and it's much bigger issue than before. The gpu was already once reclaimed but It still makes that weird noise. Should I reclaim psu ? (RX 590, 1x16GB RAM, ASROCK B450M-PRO4F, RYZEN 5 2600, SAMSUNG 240GB NVME, 1TB HDD, and most importantly ZALMAN ZM600-lx) please message me on my discord EQUAK#4599.

Solution
Coil whine does not indicate or cause damage, and there isn't much you can do about it. Ignore it if it's not that bad. If it is really bad, perhaps get a better PSU. Zalman generally doesn't make good units.

Can I reclaim PSU just because of coil whine ? (And yeah, It's extremely bad. I hear it even when I have my headphones on and hear loud music)
