Experiencing Keyboard input lag in CS:GO

So guys, i sometimes have input lag, which means that i press for example "D" on my keyboard, and the response from the keyboard is delayed, like after 2-3 secs it executes the command and it actually even gets stuck so it moves a lot on the right instead of a bit...
My graphics card is a GT 730 2GB GDDR5 64-bit, i have pre rendered frames from the driver panel to 1, and everything that is about csgo's settings are the right ones (i checked some threads about this on steam too, but still my problem isnt solved).
I have a constant 60 fps, altho sometimes it drops under it, or sometimes even gets above 120fps..
With my previous card, which was an AMD ATI HD5450 512mb 64-bit, i could barely achieve 60 fps, with all settings including my resolution to 1024x768 and i didnt ever experience input lag, altho mouse lag was obvious since i had under 60 fps.
Is there anything i can do to solve this ?
P.S: I don't want a solution to mouse lag, cause that isnt a problem and i know that its made cause of low frames per second, i just want the keyboard input lag, which really is annoying for me.

My PC Specs: AMD Athlon x2 250 3.0ghz (dual core)
4GB of RAM
GT 730 2GB GDDR5
500 HDD storage

First try different keyboards,
one USB keyboard with not that high polling rate or if yours is low, then try one with high polling rate and
second try a PS2 connection keyboard (the old connection for mouse and keyboard).
It could be a driver or settings issue.

I have the exact same problem and my situation sounds very similar to yours. Was wondering if you found a solution yet?
