Question Experiencing weird fps drops in game, is there anything unusual about my open hardware monitor values?

Trying to work out why I'm getting fps drops in game with quite a good setup. I was wondering if there is anything unusual in my values for Open Hardware Monitor which I have attached:

I have also tried reinstalling drivers etc but still cant pinpoint =[

GPU: gtx 1070 ti
16gb ram
PSU: seasonic 650w gold standard
intel i7-7700 3.60 ghz

Not that I can remember, can't specifically remember exactly when but I'd say in the last 2 weeks.
my specs are:
GTX 1070ti gpu
intel core i7-7700
Gigabyte h270 gaming 3 mobo
16gb ram
seasonic 650w gold standard psu
144hz monitor

I play pretty low demanding games graphically (dota 2 and counter strikes) so it seems odd that its happening with my setup. It's mainly my mouse cursor becomes really pixelated and has a trail like it's not 144hz anymore.

Try updating your graphic card drivers. Run hwinfo and send me an image of what the temperatures are under load of playing a game.
