i have problem in my crt monitor ?

plz short out the problem i hv?


when i start my system my monitor power on/off LED start flickring ?
and no display appears........?

but when i strat my system i switch of my power on/off switch button , untill
operating system run......

then i push my power on/off switch "ON" my monitor show display ...!!!!

i hv takken action to find out the problem i check in another system problem creating same as before?


vga cable is ok,power cable is ok.

then what is problem behind this fault ?



plz help me?
to solve this problem?
i think there is loading problem or on/off switch problem?
