[SOLVED] "Expired Certificate" only on Domain network

A website we use frequently is giving a "website unsafe"/ expired certificate error.
This error only occurs on our domain network, and happens regardless of browser, browser settings, etc.
The website certificate is valid when you view the site from any other network (my.pci.edu)
When viewed on our domain it shows certificate expired 9/06/2021

Your domain may have a proxy setup, and the PROXY certificate is expired.
