So I wanted to ask I have These Headphones (Planning on Upgrading Soon)
https://www.bloody.com/en/product.php?pid=12&id=165
That have the "Sensitivity" as it is Stated on their Site being 102 db ± 3 dB.

1- So first of all do they mean SNR when they say Sensitivity and also What is the "± 3 dB"

2 What is the "± 3 dB" in the End? What does that Mean?

3- i just Bought a new Sound Card Asus Xonar AE and i wanted to Know how Much Bass boost Should i have If i am Planning on using these Headphones and How should I optimize My bass boost for the New Headphones i will buy?

Solution
Its purely taste, now the thing is some headphones can take more bass and still sound good others cant. Unless you try it and you decide that youd prefer it a certain way, thats the way you should keep it. If it sounds distorted or the sounds are muddied out that means its too much bass
But eve if you think a muddied out bass sounds good, go for it!
The +- is just ajusting for error because it might be 3 more dB or 3 less dB caused by manufacturing differences between each headphone. Bass boost ajustment should be done by taste, whatever you think sounds best. If it were me id go with less bass 😛

I thought Every Headphone/Speaker is built for Specific Amount of bass and Would give Bad Quality of Sound If forced to Have High Bass Boost.
