Explain it to me!

I change the clock bus ,my hertz go up. I change my vcore and nothing happens? Explain what im doin. Currently at 1578.57 Hz / vcore 180 /Sys bus 287 / 143x11 mult.

Raising the Vcore helps you to make it more stable, but at the cost of higher heat.
