Explanation for drivers ?

I recently purchased gpu, and ofc im gonna download drivers, but can someone explain the difference to me between Crimson Edition 15.12 and Crimson Edition 16.1 Hotfix, and which one should i download ?

You can just download the latest one which is the 16.1. It has some hotfixes as the name says.
