It could be memory issue how much memory as in ram sticks do you have in the
computer and how many sticks do you have try just using one and see if that
fixes the problem if you only got one or it's still not working try using a
different memory stick in that computer and it should fix your problem. If
not your hard drive files might be corrupted. Then I would like for you to
run chdisk go to start and run and go type in chkdsk /F and then a commnd
prompt window will show up and ask you yes or no to startup when computer
restarts type in Y and press enter and restart the computer. OK thanks
