Explorer and Backup

I have two accounts; the first is a limited account for everyday use and
the other is an Admin account for downloading and performing any task
that needs that privilege. Using MS Backup, I can see all the
folders/files in the limited account while using the Admin acct.
However, although I am still in the Admin acct, I cannot see the limited
acct folders/files and vice versa (using explorer.exe). I remember when
initially setting up the accts, I asked that the files be private; now I
have no idea how to access that setting. Yes I could share the folders
I want, but now I'm using an external drive with its own backup program
and that acts exactly as Explorer.exe acts - we're talking a lot of
sharing and customizing. I also have a problem with that drive that
their tech support is saying is OS-related, so I'm hoping to fix the
inability to access the account before I return to them.
