Explorer.exe and taskmanager.exe errors

My laptop lenovo g50-70.
I tried to enter my pc and I had the error explorer.exe.I said ok
After,I got a black screen just my cursour on it.
I preesed ctrl- alt -del and pressed task manager and I got the error task manager.exe error
Please tell me what to do to make my laptop work.Please,I want my laptop back!And I have some photos on it and I don,t want to delete them.Thank you

It sounds like explorer crashed. Try creating a new user account and logging on with that account. If the issue doesn't follow, then the problem is with your user account. If it happens with your new user account, then you will need to do a repair of your windows install.
