everytime I restart or shutdown my pc, i always get this error

unfortunately did not work, even cause some issue but fix it

It might be one of the right-click menu items causing the problem. It's a fiddle to remove the third-party items but this tutorial uses a couple of NirSoft tools to do it. I would remove all third-party items and see whether the problem stops. If it does then a process of trial and error will find the rogue one.
