Please list your full PC specs.

It's not uncommon for explorer to crash. There can be a number of reasons why. If it's only once so far, then it's possibly nothing to worry about. Is the error repeatable? What were you doing on the PC at the time of the crash?

I run Windows 7 on i5 6500 with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD. I was running Firefox and I opened another New Private Window and it crashed.

Try this and see if it happens again. It will repair any Windows files that need fixing.

I have used sfc and there were no errors. But explorer crashes every now and then and the culprit is always msieftp.dll
I have restored to Defaults in folder option just in case it matters. But it doesn't.

Try " dism" and then "sfc /scannow".
