explorer.exe crashes in startup and black screen w/ cursor

So after i had overclocked for sometime now,
My GPU temp became 71-101 degree Farenhiet
then when i woke up my cpu wont turn on so i removed the video Card and cmos battery
and it finally opened but now i have new problem after the windows logo its just all black withmy cursor and,
It say's explorer.exe crashed so i used taskmanager->run->explorer.exe the taskmanager just crashes is there anyway to fix this?

Boot to Safe Mode and lower the monitor's resolution. After removing the GPU, you're using the integrated GPU on your processor which may not support the resolution you were using.
