Explorer.exe error (Black Screen) after Startup boot

Hi.
Today I upgraded my Win 7 PC to Win 10.
Everything was fine 'till the installation finished and came up with my desktop. it loaded normally for a few moments then a black screen appeared with no taskbar nor the icons only cursor. I can access the Task manger and I tried terminating explorer.exe and restarting it but nothing changes.
Please Help :-/

Hello,

Based on your post, since you can still access Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL). Please try the following.

- Open task manager
- Click on "File"
- Click on Browse
- Locate "explorer.exe" file via the path "C:\Windows"
- Click on OK.

You may check the option "Create this task with administrative privileges".
