Hi,
My laptop got infected with a virus, it always breaks down i get this; explorer.exe application error ' Instruction at "0x00404e2f" referenced memory at "0x006c7b40" the memory could not be "written" click on Ok to terminate the program'
sometimes when i try to open Google Chrome i get an error saying "This is not a valid windows image" or something like that, sometimes the pages crash and turn gray.
when i restart the laptop it works fine for a couple of mnts then it breaks down again.
I did a scan with Avast premier 2014 and it didnt find any infected files or viruses.
I got the blue screen a couple of times, and the laptop restarts itself.
I'm using Windows XP SP3 on an HP 550.
please help ?
