Explorer.EXE error when clicking on Downloads folder

So I upgraded my PC, everything except the harddrive, where it has all my stuff on it. When I click on my downloads it looks like this and I get this message. Is it corrupted? This new computers with a fresh OS is like 2 days old.

Can you check these:
- Can you browse to other folders without errors?
- Open the downloads folder manually? (c:/users/user/downloads)
- Check if this problem exists with other user profiles

I can open the documents and everything is fine. And I can access it through users.

Thank you! I deleted the corrupted downloader folder and replaced it with my user's one. 😀 😀
