explorer .exe error

im getting this problem while opening any video file :explorer.exe - Application Error

The exception Integer division by zero. (0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x034add11.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

First try to restore your window xp when it is in good condition
If it is not work, try to repaire your window with your window xp installation disc.
Before proceed take back up of your c drive file.
