Explorer.exe not working/wasn't there

Hey, i recently came across problem in my work, customer brought ntb with upgraded os from 7 to 10. Everything looked fine except explorer wasnt ruuning. I could open task mnager and get to folders but desktop was black and no shortcuts nothing worked. Does anyone know what to do?? Thx

See if you can you get perform sfc / scannow or a restore point or a repair install?

Could you please provide a make and model number of your notebook? Furthermore details with specs wold be highly appreciated!
