Explorer.exe Suspicious file - Windows 7

Hi, I need some help with explorer.exe for some reason Avast is detecting a suspicious file. I have removed explorer.exe and replaced it from a backup I made a few months ago before I started to get the message. I've also scanned with Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro etc which didn't find anything, but I am still getting the message below.

OS: Windows 7 64BIT

Explorer.exe should be located in c:\windows only.
Delete the file from c:\windows\system32 . It doesn't have to be there.

Hi, thank you for replying I have just checked in system32 and explorer.exe is not in that folder. I have no idea why Avast is saying It's within system32.

Make sure you are also set up to see hidden files. It either was there and avast removed it or it is hidden.

If you didn't replace it yourself, then be sure you have antivirus.
