Explorer exe waiting for log-off sound wont shut off

Hello,
my dell studio 17 keeps freezing when I'm in aol mail. when i try to log off i get the message explorer.exe waiting for log-off sound. i have to force the log off. this only happens when i'm reading emails in aol mail. dell has been no help even thought the computer is only a few months old

If this only happens with AOL, suggest you ask AOL for a fix.
