explorer & internet explorer wont open

Hello

My uncle downloaded and installed microsoft's latest security update and now he can't open the explorer and the internet explorer on his machine.

if you have any idea what's the problem, or you have any suggestions whats so ever... please reply.

Run a virus scan. Try AVG (www.grisoft.com) if you don't have one. You might just be surprised. You might have to reinstall Windows....
