Explorer windows will not appear until current window is minimized

Honestly, this is frustrating and happens at utterly random points. Restarting my computer often does nothing. When I am using Google Chrome, whenever I click on iTunes, or another running program in the taskbar, they refuse to appear over the top of the Chrome window and will not appear no matter how many times I click the icon in the taskbar. Clicking these icons occasionally makes the folder or program flash over the Chrome window for the briefest moment, but I must minimize Chrome to access the opened folders or programs. Any solutions to this?

Have you scanned for viruss and malware? Are you using a theme in Chrome it may be the cause. A work around that often works is to close and reopen Chrome - Could also check add ons and disable those you don't know - don't use
