Question EXTEND C: DRIVES USING USB DRIVES

I have lots of USB Drives that i'm not using and i want to shrink the volume of my usb drives (16gb).

Can i extend the C: Drives using my USB drive not the D: Drives. Because some video i'd watch is they using the D: drives to extend C: drives, i want to know if USB drives is also too.. Thank you!

Extend USB drive to unallocated space but failed in Disk Management issue can be caused by many reasons.
For example, if you are using Windows 10 version 1511, or the above versions, Windows Disk Management utility will not allow you to do USB partition operations. When you connect the USB to computer, you will see most features are unavailable.

No, you can't do that.
And be careful about "some video i'd watch". Frequently bad or faked advice, and often not applicable to your particular situation.
