Extend my PSU cable without soldering ???

Hey everyone,i need to extend my atx 12v cable since it's too short,and i cant buy extension cable(not available here),so is it safe to extend it just by splicing with more wire and isolating with proper tape ???

Yup, I did that about 4 years ago. It wasn't pretty but it worked.

i would use good quality crimp type connectors and plenty of tape.
