[SOLVED] Extended wifi router mobile unable to join SSID ?

Hi

It is a large office where I have got 2 extended wireless router linksys wrt1900acsV2 (DD-ert) and NetGear D8599 that are connected to a main router ASUS RT-AX86U (Merlin) via ethernet cable

So far everything working as it is supposed to be for 2 years

Recently forgot password for all routers hence I rested all 3 routers to assign new password

Issue I am facing if I go to the office section where linksys linksys wrt1900acsV2 is located wired internet to a PC is okay but my mobile won't be able to join wireless and it says : unable to join SSIDs (two SSIDs one for 2.4 Ghz & other for 5 GHz)

And same issue happened to the section of the office where NetGear D8500 is located

Do those devices have a whitelist of devices allowed to connect to them? Resetting the devices would have wiped previous information. Just a shot in the dark.
