Extending a wireless router

So I have currently "3" routers. By this I mean I have a Modem/Router provided by my ISP that I only use as a modem. That modem has all wifi signals turned off.

Then I have 2 Asus RT-1200G+. My current setup is Modem/Router --> Router1 (AP) --> Router2 (AP). They are all connected via an ethernet cable.

Wifi setup is as follows:
Modem/Router --> Off
Router1 --> x
Router2 --> x(2)

What I do want to do is instead of having x and x(2) I have just one wifi network named x and one router extends the other network via Ethernet and obviously the transmission of the routers.

Example of this is a massive school: you don't see multiple wifi networks for each access point you just see <wifiNetwork>. Thats what I want to have if even possible.

Solution
Commercial WIFI uses a centralized controller to manage all the WIFI access points. You won't get that in home networking. The mesh networks like ORBI or Google WIFI attempt to do what you want. The commercial APs like Ubiquiti's UNIFi do a pretty good job also.
