Extension PSU Cables (White) Help and Suggestions !

Hello, I am going to buy NZXT S340 and I got this
PSU : http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/modular-gm-series/g650m/
I want to create a white theme inside the case and I find out that a store close to my house has these cables : Bitfenix Alchemy 8Pin EPS Extension Cable 45cm White and Bitfenix Alchemy 24Pin ATX Extension Cable 30cm White.( http://www.msystems.gr/index.php?category=3318&product=21398 and http://www.msystems.gr/index.php?category=3318&product=21395 )
The problem is that PSU isn't fully modular and it has CPU,MOBO and GPU cable on it...
Will I be able to connect that white Bitfenix cables to the CPU,MOBO,GPU wires(as an extension)? If I am able to connect them will I have any problems with CPU,MOBO and GPU , because they are long extension cables (45cm and 30cm) and I don't know if that length will cause problems with the functionality .

They should attach just fine and the only problem you might run in to is hiding the length you don't need, so make sure you have plenty of room to hide the extra cable.

Okay thanks for your reply! you think that if I don't buy nzxt s340 and go for phanteks eclipse p400 I am going to have more space to hide these cables?
