Hi, I have a toshiba 500GB HDD compatible with USB 3.0 but since I updated to windwos 10 only work in 2.0 and if i choose the disk in the devices and printers panel windwos say that the disk can work more fast if I conect it to a USB 3.0 port,I have tried with a USB 3.0 pendrive and the issue is the same, and also I reinstalled the drivers of the USB from intel page, any sugesstion?. regards

Hey there, Christian_15.

It seems like this is not an uncommon issue with people who upgraded to Windows 10. It's probably caused by driver related problems and unfortunately you might have to wait for an update to fix that. Also try rolling back the version of your USB controller's driver or update it if there are any available updates. I'd also recommend that you try the HDD with a different computer's USB 3.0 port, to see if the same thing happens. You could also try the drive with a different USB cable, to see if the same thing happens.

Hope that helps.
