Hello!
The 3tb disk that I used in my work for backups just burned out the interface between disk and usb port... So I removed the disk from the case and pluged it directly in my laptop... Now it need to be formated but I need to restore all the files I had there...

The probelms is also that it recognize only 750GB and 350GB are only readble...
How can I get my data back? any good software to do that?
How I restore it again to have 3tb?

Here some pics to help solve de problem:

I would recommend you take the drive to a Toshiba service center. They have the hardware required to swap the magnetic disk from your HDD and recover all data on it unless the magnetic disk is physically damaged.
Dont try messing around with hard disks yourselves when it dies and you have sensitive/important data on it. You might unintentionally damage the drive to a worse state.

Cause I have like 20 diferent person backups from 2013 to today and some people data is not avalible cause it was deleted or not in company...

I know that, but the service can take much weeks for that... So first I need to try it by myself.
