External 4 bay case

I'm looking to buy an external case to hold a minimum of four HDDs. My requirements is that one bay will hold a 720GB SSD drive from where I will be booting the PC from, the other two bays will hold two 2TB HHD used for extra storage/backup, and the fourth bay will be used as a hot-swappable HHD to do offline backups.

The case should also support eSATA, and allow hot-swap without resetting the device and I really can't find any like this on the market, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend me an case.

And you've done a Google search on "usb 4 bay hard drive enclosure with eSATA capability" and not come across anything that meets your needs?

I've done that, but doing a simple google search does not give me an insight on all the nitty gritty details that I need to look out for when shopping around. Plus, a lot of online stores only post positive things about their products, occasionally I can gleam the negative things from user reviews but not always.

I was hoping that someone with more experience with external cases could help me out.

eSATA, hotswap. Not sure about the booting from it, though.


But...why the requirement of booting from this?
What will it be connected to, that an internal drive won't work?
