external 7.1 sound card?

is there any external 7.1 sound card? I don't have anymore free pci slots in my computer. :/
I would love one that helps my Razer tiamat 7.1 to actually sound good. Thanks!

You shouldn't get a sound card. If you want something to drive your headphones get something like this: http://audioengineusa.com/Store/Digital-Audio-Converters/D1-24-Bit-DAC

Also, I recommend getting headphones from a well established audio company, not a gaming brand unless you absolutely need it.
