I'm looking for an external display, that shows my CPU (and possibly GPU) temperature. I already searched the web, but I couldn't find anything good.
Thank you in advance

A 2nd monitor and hardware monitoring software is probably the better solution though.
If you really really only care about knowing your temps it's probably gonna be the cheapest option to just get the cheapest monitor and put your software windows over on it. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/viewsonic-monitor-va1917a
Asus had a OC thingie that you could buy and units using thermal sensors also are relatively common (reeven Six Eyes is best of bunch). You can use a 5" LCD located in drive bays and just have the software display on the 5" screen. I have not as yet found one that mounts easily. There's also the Aquaero
But the main issue here is that the built in sensors are all different depending on MoBo manufacturer so to my knowledge all these things require installing a sensor which will eitjher npot measure accurately of interfere with mounting CPU coolers
