External disk won't work

I have WD black scorpio putted in external disk box... Was working fine all the time and now when I put him in USB port he turn on, blue light show and he's even in "tray" to remove him safetly down right on screen...
First in "Disk Management" he wasn't there but after scan for changes he's there like "Disk 1, Unknown, "Not initialized" with little photo of disk with white arrow in red circle right next to "Disk 1" name... Also on properties, "device status" is "This device is working properly."...
...also... When right clicked on "disk 1" there is no possibility to click "New simple volume..." or anything else expect "Properties" and last one "help"...

Yes but there is no "Windows" on it so he ask me to boot from dvd… White word on black screen like when you put new out of boox disk and want to instal windows or similar...

Disk have "Bitlocker password on it" and I do have password but laptop does not ask for a password when I put him in usb port... HDD is normal HDD putted in case for making him external...and he was working befor month ago same way like external with bitlock...

Pc does not even show me the "drive" disk": exept in disk management.
Is solution maybe to dissemble HDD from box, put him directly in laptop and boot / install Windows from DVD? Will it work? Will he ask me then to provide/enter password for Bitlocker?

Is it possible to boot (installing) windows dvd on this HDD inside laptop as only Hard drive in laptop but without "format" him (kepping files and folders)?
Schould I tried boot from DVD when this WD is inside when message to put any key to boot from...(on black screen after turn on...)?? .,, just to see what happen? ** one SSD working when he's inside external case for using "normal" hard disk, disks... ***
Is it possible to even boot windows to see will he then ask me to type BitLocker password?

I also tried this locked "WD black 500gb" in another much newer laptop like external disk (USB 3.0 either one laptops He blink blue light, turn one like normal and like disk is working normal (I think 😀 ) but not turning on "normal","black" usb port on older laptop(HDD and is from that older laptop with ssd putted like first disk for windows), not 3.0 .

Will program "MiniTool Power Data" will help - He finds this WD Black like external disk in 3.0 usb same like "disk management software" as - "unknown" disk 1 Unallocated ((with lots of gb) like it's not corrected number of hdd)) ?

ok. I even find today afternoon guide here how to post just have to go out so I will tried with pictures...

This is picture from early this day... Working on windows 10 on ssd and this is "disk management" when I plug this HDD WD with bitlocker in external case in usb 3.0... Today Disk Management needed some little longer time to open and usualy don't open "initialise disk" window... Maybe I also tride it before with first option MBR?

When I plug hhd now it opens with the same initialise disk message.

I read on internet now that it looks like disk is probably need to be "initialised" but what about that disk size (134217728.00 GB)?
Wrong numbers? Is still all about removing BitLocker password or that say that maybe is problems with HDD?

About the case...He was working in that case and also with BitLocker on it... Windows will always aske me to type Billocker password after I connect it with usb 3.0...

I also after data diagnostic lifeguard install EaseUS software and EaseUS find this WD as unlocated but it's a free trial version. I can look for Full version if any help from it?

what to do? partition recovery ? or create patition option?
