External drive connected to wifi rooter

I can access the drive with my laptop, how can I access the music and video files with my tablet and phone (Z2 Phone and Z2 tablet)

If those devices are based on android platform then you may need to install EZ File Explorer which is capable of accessing files from your Local Area Network through your android device.
