External Drive HELP

I have Maxtor 160 GB and have used it for five years with no problem until yesterday. I used it regularly. Now all of my data are missing since 2005 on one program and all others are still there. How do I get them back since 2005 data info. Please help

Try Recuva, but save it to another partition or drive, not the original one. Once they're recovered, you can move them back into your program. And then BACK UP all your data.
