Look in device manager/usb controllers.
Open each item and check the power management setting.
Uncheck 'allow device to be turned off'Each one is checked to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Three are three listed as 'root hub', three are 'USB composite device', two are 'Generic USB hub'. Not sure how to identify the drive, as the list does not change upon drive removal or reattachment.
