[SOLVED] External Drive Not Available Upon Wake From Sleep

This a Lacie 3TB external, connected via USB. Google told me if I disabled 'selective suspend' under power options the issue would be rectified, however this is not the case. Not sure what other details matter... Windows 10, Ryzen CPU...

Look in device manager/usb controllers.
Open each item and check the power management setting.

Each one is checked to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Three are three listed as 'root hub', three are 'USB composite device', two are 'Generic USB hub'. Not sure how to identify the drive, as the list does not change upon drive removal or reattachment.

Uncheck 'allow device to be turned off'
