External drive not recognized windows 10

I have a Seagate 2tb external hard drive that is not being recognized as a Seagate external drive running on windows 10. The p.c. stats its a local drive. (c w/android tab?. I recently tried plugging it in my android device. Thinking I was going to be able to transfer files from phone to hardrive.I don't know. If that has something to do with it.. I clearly need as much help as I can get to try to recover my original Seagate files I had on it. If even possible.

When you connected the drive to your tablet, what exactly happened? Did it ask you to change the file format or anything similar? If you go to disk manager what does it show you there for this external drive about the file format and capacity?
