Try to play the files with VLC (VideoLAN). It's free. Obviously your files exist and are accessible, but your player has a problem.

I don't get it. Disk Management reports that your used space is 3% of 1.8TiB. That's about 60GB. Now you appear to be telling us that you don't see any files? If that's the case, then why all the talk about codecs?
