I have 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.11's that I would like to connect externally. Amazon lists many external 3.5 inch SATA HDD enclosures, but a close inspection of a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 reveals that 3.5 inches is only the width of the thin SATA connector on the underside; the width of the drive as a whole is 4 inches. If this is something that I need to be careful of, can anyone recommend an enclosure that can be used with this drive? Or will pretty much any enclosure advertised as 3.5 inch SATA be wide enough for it?
