Hello everyone ,
I have a spare GTX 760 kept in a box since past 2 years and i am thinking of setting it up on my laptop.

Dell vostro 5568(specs)
i5-7200u
8gb
940mx

so what parts do i require to make it happen also i don't if my laptop is compatible ,help me with the e gpu setup ,i mostly play games offline story based games 'med-high' (when i had my desktop that had gtx760) and CS:GO

Solution
I have personally built and tested an eGPU on a Dell XPS 15 laptop; it had unimpressive performance and didn't work particularly well which led me to build a desktop instead.

It's also not as easy to setup as you might think. First of all, your laptop needs to have a thunderbolt 3 port. If it doesn't, you can't use an eGPU with your laptop at all. Secondly, you need a eGPU enclosure with a power supply; these can cost several hundred dollars. And even after all that, some of your games might not run very well or at all and it can be difficult to troubleshoot why.

TLDR: it's hard and expensive and you're better off buying a better laptop or building a desktop.
