External graphics card for toshiba satellite l55-s5426

Hi guys, i'm looking to ugrade my dad's old toshiba satellite l55-s5426 laptop and use it. Since, it has an integrated graphics memory i was wondering if there is way i can add( or replace it with) an external graphics card. If it is possible what are my options?

There's now boxes you can buy to put a desktop graphics card in. But they cost more than your laptop is worth - and that's without a graphics card in it.

Yes, something like this. with a little info on the graphics card that will run with the above mentioned laptop. plus the compatibilty of the pci-e to laptop adapter
