External Graphics card?

Hello,
I have been thinking of getting a new computer recently. It's pretty decently priced - has an i7 processor and a Nvidia GT 750m. Now I like to game a bit but i'm starting to worry that the Graphics card won't meet the demands. This computer is a LAPTOP. so I understand the you can't add an extra graphics card internally. So here's my question; Is there such thing as an external graphic card?? A graphic card that's outside which I can plug into my computer. Plus could I use both graphic cards at the same time?? Please answer simply as i'm not a computer expert!

Unless you know exactly what you are doing. No. You cannot.

1. yes, external gpus exist, but not at a price friendly consumer level, would require a good amount of technical knowledge
2. it probably is not designed for SLI/Crossfire use, especially with a mobile gpu
