Solution
Try this:
https://ibanniebtechsupport.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/windows-cant-stop-your-generic-volume-device/

If that doesn't help try these steps:
1. right click on my computer, select manage
2. click on disk management tab
3. left tab (which has probably "disk 1" labelled )on external storage drive(here in your case Seagate HDD) right click and select "offline"
3. now from task bar, from usb icon, click and select your WD HDD, it says now "safely remove"

Solution
Quick removal option is active by default. But problem occurs
Offline method is working.
Can you tell me what are those processes?
And quickremoval and offline hdd are safe or not?
And why my hdd is not ejecting ? Pendrives are working fine.

Thankyou
