After a disk checkup, I found out that something is wrong with my 'reallocated sector count' & 'current pending sector count'. The values are as follows:

Reallocated Sectors Count ~ 1(current), 1(worst), 10(threshold), 00000001CDB0(raw values)

Current Pending Sector Count ~ 100(current), 100(worst), 0(threshold), 00000000003D(raw vales)

Solution
Hi there thedst11,

According to the results, there are many bad sectors on the drive. In case it is accessible, you should really back up the data stored on the drive ASAP, as it could fail at any time.

In case you can't access it, you can try to use some data recovery software.

Then, you will just need to replace the drive. In case it is under warranty, you can RMA it.

Cheers,
