Hey there, Goyal123! Welcome to the community and a happy new year!!! :)

Have you experienced any issues with the drive prior to this happening - any unusual sounds/noises coming from the drive, slow read/write speed, freezing/hanging your system when you try to access it, etc? Do you hear the drive spin-up and do you feel it vibrate when you connect it?
It sounds like you've tried all of the basic troubleshooting steps already, all you're left with here, is to try the drive with a different USB cable (preferably shorter than 12"), to see if that fixes things up.
If this does not change anything, you could try accessing the HDD via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD, to see if it's properly recognized and if you can get to your files.
There's another option, but it's not really recommended. I'm talking about connecting the drive internally via a standard SATA connection by removing its external enclosure. But note that this won't help at all if the enclosure itself isn't responsible for this issue. Furthermore there are some things you must consider before deciding if you want to try it: removing the drive out of its enclosure will most probably void the HDD's warranty; if the drive has hardware encryption, it's possible that you won't be able to access the data without its original enclosure; some drive models have proprietary connectors, which means, that even if you remove it from the enclosure - you won't be able to connect it to your motherboard. So by knowing all the cons of that option, you can make an informed decision and see if you want to take that risk.
Another option would be to go directly for a professional solution, such as a data recovery company.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
