External Hard Disk WD My Passport Ultra (2T) only can save data 74GB

Hi,

I buy WD external hard disk through online, the problem is i can only transfer data until 74GB. I already format the hard disk, but the problem still happen. Pls help me. Thank you.

Does the disk actually show you that it's a 2TB disk? What happens when you hit the 74GB limit, do you get any errors or does the copy just stall for a long time? You can run a disk check on it using the WB disk check utility.

yes. the disk show it's a 2TB.. when hit the 74GB, the copy just stall for a very long time
