Basically I've recently got an external enclosure thingy for my new hard drive because I've ran out of hard drive space in my case, and when I put my pc to sleep the external hard keep turning on and off, like I hear it ramping up then turning off, what settings do I need to change?
It's a Seagate Constellation hard drive and a cit external enclosure if that helps.
